KindGeek has become an official partner of SeedLegals

SeedLegals is a company that makes it easier for startuppers and entrepreneurs to close funding rounds, which often result in significant time and resource loses due to the legal processes.

The company provides step-by-step guides and support from legal specialists. As a result, SeedLegals “cuts the time and cost to complete a round by 80%” and, on average, “helps close 2 funding rounds everyday.” Founded in March 20017, SeedLegals has already helped more than 6000 startups close their funding rounds.

From this point, we are glad to be SeedLegals’s partners along with
  • Stripe – popular online payment provider
  • Equidam – online provider of business valuation, used by 100,000+ companies
  • Virgin Startup – non for profit organization founded  that helps English and Scottish entrepreneurs with the funding resources. This is an initiative by Virgin Group.
  • Techhub -the global community for entrepreneurs that helps them scale

and other promising service providers, accelerators, investors, and workspaces.

Here, you can read more about some startups that received investments with SeadLegal’s help.

Looking forward to our fruitful partnership and mutual growth!
