Development approach

KindGeek`s task was to develop a tool, that would transfer all calculations concerning creation of the recipes and editing them. The calculations should take into account how much hop, yeast, grain is needed, how much water and other spices you need. Also the temperature at what you need to brew beer and the percentage of alcohol we get in the end has to be calculated automatically.

To make all this functionality possible we implemented such technologies:
Technologies: Meteor, Node.js, jQuery(+UI), MongoDB, Foundation, Moment.js, Handlebars(Spacebars), Modernizr, Underscore.js Tools: Sublime Text 3, Robomongo, OpenOffice Calc
Results achieved
The achieved functionality became very helpful for perfect brewing. Thanks to this web tool you can:
manage your recipes
choose from the available recipes
add your own recipe
calculate the cost
calculate how much ingredients you need
