G2G offers a comprehensive suite of features that assist businesses in managing their financial services effectively. These include essential banking functions, payment processing support, new account setup, contract signing, customer assistance, and various administrative tasks. Additionally, G2G provides tools for managing payment disputes, overseeing user accounts, and tracking fees.

Scope and Objectives

Onboarding / KYC

Integrate with the 3rd party KYC provider Passfort to ensure necessary verification of the customer data and comprehensive decision-making process.

Contract Signing

Add integration with 3rd party systems DocuSign and Dokobit for a secure digital contract signing of legal documents, allowing the brand to enter into a contract with merchants easily and ensuring document authenticity and traceability.

Core Banking

Adapt the current white-labelled banking platform to support ongoing banking operations, such as account management, transaction processing, and ensuring reliability and scalability. Additionally, integrated with the third-party provider Appello to uphold precise record-keeping.

General Ledger

Configure a centralized ledger to accurately record all financial transactions, supporting comprehensive financial reporting and compliance by integrating with 3rd party system Appello.

Back Office Operations

Create a smart configurator for managing ticket types for all use cases that are necessary to support neobank business operations. Ensured facilitating effective decision-making and audit trails to enhance operational efficiency and minimize errors.

Payments (SEPA)

Establish integration with Rietumu Bank to enable Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) transfers to facilitate seamless euro-denominated payments across participating countries.

Acquiring Disputes

Integrate with Decta ACQ module to provide visibility to the merchants about ongoing disputes and provide necessary information for the Dispute Department to assign merchants to their communication with Visa/Mastercard ensuring fair and transparent resolution.

Fee Management

Upgrade fee management module to support brand-specific fee schemas, providing transparency and enabling revenue optimization.

Customer Care

Extend module for customer support functionality that integrates with Freshdesk/Freshchat to enable support agents to manage inquiries and problems efficiently, improving user satisfaction and retention through the provision of chat and ticketing services.

User Manager

Adjust a user management system to meet brand requirements for access and permissions controls, ensuring data security and streamlined user administration.

Acquiring

Extend core functionality to facilitate merchant payment acceptance via POS and E-com terminals, enabling clients to process and manage payment transactions securely and efficiently. Integrated with Decta Payment Gateway to provide clients with the ability to enhance smooth business operations.

Issuing

Adjust a solution for managing card issuance, including virtual and physical card processing for corporate clients, offering users seamless access to payment options according to the brand guidelines. Executed comprehensive UAT for integration with Visa and Mastercard.

In the scope of the G2G project, we developed a powerful and adaptable solution that sets a new standard for white-label platforms.

With the MVP version of the brand’s white-labeled configuration, we laid the foundation for a customizable, scalable platform tailored to meet unique brand needs. We comprehensively extended the platform’s core, enhancing its flexibility and robustness to support a range of future integrations and brand-specific requirements.

Our solution design ensures that all future vendors can seamlessly benefit from the added integrations, maximizing the value of each addition to the platform. After thorough design testing, we refined the UI/UX to align with end-user expectations, delivering a visually engaging, intuitive experience that simplifies interaction.
