Research
Stakeholder interview
Our product design and development service recognizes and considers stakeholder influences and inputs, which are essential for steering a project toward its goals.
User interviews
Individual interviews allow us to probe participants' attitudes, beliefs, desires, and experiences to better understand those who use your site or service. Interviews can take place face-to-face, by phone or video conference, or even via instant messaging.
Competitor analysis
We conduct competitor analysis by exploring companies or organizations within a specific industry sector or market niche. These are usually the competitors of your company's products and services for market share. Analyzing competitors can reveal opportunities, highlight gaps in services, and suggest design patterns that could be adopted or avoided.
Surveys
We measure users’ attitudes with surveys, generally featuring closed-ended questions. One method we use is intercept surveys, which are initiated during a website or application use and frequently triggered by user activity. We also recruit participants via email or social media channels.
CJM
A customer journey map, or CJM, visually represents the process consumers go through when interacting with your business. We use this diagram to discern the steps that lead to a customer choosing your product and purchasing it from your company.
Ideation
VPC
The Value Proposition Canvas is a framework that helps us position the product around your customer's values and needs.
Impact effort matrix
An impact matrix is a valuable tool that simplifies decision-making. It offers a structured framework for evaluating and comparing various options, ensuring that all essential factors are considered in our product design solutions.
Mind mapping
A mind map is an illustration we use for conceptual organization. It begins in the center of the page with a single central concept and expands when we surround that main idea with more concepts, images, or text.
Workshops
A design workshop is a collaborative network where designers, stakeholders, and other team members come together to brainstorm ideas, share their expertise and work through design problems. It encourages creativity and enhances communication, ultimately leading to innovative design solutions.
Jobs to be done
The term "jobs to be done" (JTBD) describes a framework, theory, and viewpoint in business that explains why consumers buy products. According to this theory, consumers "hire" things to do tasks like finding solutions to problems rather than purchasing them. This approach allows us to focus on the tasks users aim to accomplish and tailor our product development design services to address them effectively.
Wireframing
Wireframing
Wireframes are fundamental visual guides we use to outline the layout and functionality of screens and web pages. They illustrate how different solutions will flow for target users. Wireframing is crucial early in the interaction design process, allowing design teams to explore how concepts meet user needs and business objectives.
Usability testing
Usability testing allows researchers to evaluate how effectively and efficiently a product supports users in completing tasks. Usability tests involve engaging representative users to perform common tasks while observers monitor their actions and record their observations. The objectives are to identify usability problems, gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, and evaluate participants' satisfaction with the product.
A/B testing
We test an application or web page against two versions to determine which performs best. This data-driven approach ensures that our product design and development services are guided by real insights rather than assumptions. Client preferences can be determined by testing website/app layouts, email subject lines, product designs, CTAs, button tags, colors, etc.
Visual design
High-fidelity prototypes and mockups
At this point in the design process, mockups are essential for depicting the design and layout and previewing the final outcome. They typically include visual components such as structure, layout, color schemes, typography, and text to convey the intended look and feel.
Design system
We create a design system that includes reusable components with well-defined usage standards. These elements assist businesses in achieving consistent visual design at scale by aligning pattern libraries, colors, and fonts with established design concepts.
Heuristic evaluation
Heuristic evaluation is a process where experts evaluate the user interface by comparing it against established usability principles, or heuristics, during independent walkthroughs to identify and report issues. These early insights help design teams enhance product usability before it reaches users.
Develop & Support
Development
Our development phase is a systematic process of designing, engineering, and maintaining your software through consistent development and deployment efforts. Our product development services include discovery, custom software design, end-to-end development, continuous integration and delivery, and ongoing support. The process is all about translating design concepts into a functional product.
Support
We offer support throughout the entire project lifecycle and extend our assistance beyond project completion to ensure lasting impact. Our iterative development approach enables continuous improvement by incorporating feedback at every step.
